Rules for return of the tickets

·  Return of e-tickets to EXPO-2017
·  Return of the ticket to EXPO-2017 on the accountable form
·  Return of the tickets to events of EXPO-2017 entertaining program 
·  Return of the tickets purchased in the sales points of official EXPO-2017 subagents

In case of cancellation, replacement, transfer and a delay of the event for more than 3 hours the clients may get the 100% reimbursement at the place of purchase.

ATTENTION! 

In connection with the change of the venue of: “Artist” film concert accompanied by the symphony orchestra, which was to take place at the Congress Center on August 26 and 28, the funds are returned.
Tickets purchased at the Congress Center are not valid for the passage at the new venue at the Energy Hall.

Return of tickets to the event of the Entertaining program within the International specialized exhibition EXPO-2017 in Astana (hereinafter – the “Exhibition”), “Artist” film concert accompanied by the symphony orchestra:

1) the following package of documents should be submitted to email ticketsastana2017@kassir.com:
Scanned version of handwritten application specifying the registration address (postal address), with the date and signature of the buyer. The sample of the application for the return of funds is available by link;
2) If the buyer’s data (full name) do not comply with the bank card holder’s data, the application should specify the bank card holder (full name);
3) After submission of the application, the funds shall be returned to the bank card by which the order was paid.

In connection with change of the dates of: the concert of THE MAGIC OF NOMADS group “Menin Kazakhstanym”, please read the following information: 
The tickets purchased before July 9, 2017, are valid for the passage on new dates:
July 25, 2017 – August 4, 2017
July 26, 2017 – August 5, 2017
July 27, 2017 – August 6, 2017

Return of tickets for the events within the Entertaining program of the International specialized exhibition EXPO-2017 (hereinafter – the “Exhibition”), concert of THE MAGIC OF NOMADS group “Menin Kazakhstanym”:

1) the following package of documents should be submitted to email ticketsastana2017@kassir.com:
Scanned version of handwritten application specifying the registration address (postal address), with the date and signature of the buyer. The sample of the application for the return of funds is available by link;
2) If the buyer’s data (full name) do not comply with the bank card holder’s data, the application should specify the bank card holder (full name)
3) After submission of the application, the funds shall be returned to the bank card by which the order was paid.

Return of E-tickets to the International specialized exhibition EXPO-2017 in Astana (hereinafter – the “Exhibition”):

  1. the following package of documents should be submitted to email ticketsastana2017@kassir.com:

  • Scanned version of handwritten application specifying the registration address (postal address), with the date and signature of the buyer. The sample of the application for the return of funds is available by link;
  • Details of the bank account from which E-ticket was paid;
  • Notice, certificate on the current 20-digit account in the card base
  • Identity document (scanned copy) or IIN of an individual
  • E-ticket

  1. Before 09.06.2017 inclusively, the application shall be considered and the funds shall be returned within 10 business days from the date of provision of full package of documents specified in paragraph 1.
  2. After 10.06.2017 inclusively, the application shall be considered and the funds shall be returned within 15 business days from the date of provision of full package of documents specified in paragraph 1

o  Package of documents not complying with the requirements of paragraph 1 of this Instruction shall not be accepted for consideration.

  1. Fixed-date tickets to the Exhibition shall be accepted for refunding before 23.59 (local time) on the day before visiting the Exhibition
  2. Fixed-date tickets presented by the buyer after the day of visiting the Exhibition specified in this ticket shall not be accepted for refunding.
  3. After September 8, 2017, open-date ticket shall not be accepted for refunding.
  4. In return of the ticket before 09.06.2017 inclusively, 100% ticket value shall be refunded.
  5. In return of the ticket during the Exhibition from 10.06 2017 through 10.09.2017, 50% ticket value shall be refunded.
  6. The ticket shall be refunded upon the place of purchase.
  7. Full terms and the procedure for E-tickets return shall be defined by the public offer and obligatory rules placed on the website http://tickets.expo2017astana.com/.

Return of accountable forms to the International specialized exhibition EXPO-2017 in Astana (hereinafter – the “Exhibition”) in the official ticketing offices of EXPO-2017:

  1. the following package of documents should be submitted to the official ticketing office of EXPO-2017 (full list of ticketing offices is available here):

  • Handwritten application specifying the registration address (postal address) with the date and signature of the buyer. The sample of the application for the funds return is available by link or the application shall be completed in the ticketing office;
  • Bank card data, if the ticket was purchased via the card;
  • Identity documents (scanned copy) or IIN of the individual
  • Ticket (accountable form)
  • receipt for tax purposes

  1. Before 09.06.2017 inclusively, the application shall be considered and the funds shall be returned within 10 business days from the date of provision of full package of documents specified in paragraph 1
  2. After 10.06.2017 inclusively, the application shall be considered and the funds shall be returned within 15 business days from the date of provision of full package of documents specified in paragraph 1.

o  Package of documents not complying with the requirements of paragraph 1 of this Instruction shall not be accepted for consideration.

Return of tickets to the International specialized exhibition EXPO-2017 in Astana (hereinafter – the “Exhibition”) purchased in the sales points of EXPO-2017 official subagents:

Tickets purchased in the sales points of official subagents of EXPO-2017 shall be returned at the place of purchasing according to the rules for return of tickets of the subagent company.

Return of tickets to the events of the Entertaining program within the International specialized exhibition EXPO-2017 in Astana (hereinafter – the “Exhibition”):

1. In purchasing an e-ticket, the following package of documents should be submitted to email ticketsastana2017@kassir.com:

  • scanned copy of handwritten application specifying the registration address (postal address) with the date and signature of the buyer. Sample of the application for the funds return is available bylink;
  • Details of the bank account from which E-ticket was paid;
  • Notice, certificate on the current 20-digit account in the card base
  • Identity document (scanned copy) or IIN of an individual
  • E-ticket.
2. In purchasing the ticket on the accountable form, the following package of documents shall be submitted to the official ticketing office of EXPO-2017 (full list of ticketing offices is available here):

  • Handwritten application specifying the registration address (postal address) with the date and signature of the buyer. Sample of the application for the funds return is available by linkor the application shall be completed in the ticketing office
  • Bank card data, if the ticket was purchased via the card;
  • Identity documents (scanned copy) or IIN of the individual
  • Ticket (accountable form)
  • receipt for tax purposes
3. Ticket to the entertaining program shall be accepted for refunding 48 hours before the event. 100% ticket value shall be refunded.
4. Ticket shall be refunded at the place of purchase.
5. Ticket presented by the buyer less than 48 hours before the event, as well as after the date specified thereon, shall not be accepted for refunding.
6. After 10.06.2017 inclusively, the application shall be considered and the funds shall be returned within 15 business days from the date of provision of full package of documents specified in paragraph 1.Package of documents not complying with the requirements of paragraph 1 and 2 of this Instruction shall not be accepted for consideration.
