Consideration of the application and refund shall be made within 10 calendar days from the date of submitting the complete set of documents
referred to in paragraph 1.
In case you have not received feedback ( “Your application is
accepted”), you need to check the accuracy of the submitted documents and apply
again with all the necessary documents.
The package of documents, inadequate requirements of paragraph 1
hereof shall not be considered.
E-tickets with a fixed date of visiting the exhibition are taken to
return to 23.59 (local time) on day of visiting shows.
E-tickets with a fixed date brought by the customer after a day of
visiting the exhibition, pointed in a e-ticket, return will not be accepted.

electronic ticket (proof of purchase) are determined by a public offer and
mandatory for the rules posted on the site http://tickets.expo2017astana.com/.
When the ticket is returned before 09 June 2017 inclusively, 100% of the ticket cost is refunded.
When the ticket is returned during the Exhibition period, from 10 June 2017 to 10 September 2017, 50% of the ticket cost is refunded.
The ticket is refunded at the sales point where it was purchased.
